STYL&TECH recognized for its innovation at the “Gala Mérites STIQ 2019”

March 28th was the 8th edition of “Gala Les Mérites STIQ”. During this occasion, the association rewarded 6 companies for their business practice in various categories. The laureate in the Innovation category has been awarded to STYL&TECH, mainly for the development of an innovative 100% aluminum structure for its electrical Midibus.

Our vehicle is ahead of its time with its advanced technologies, especially in weight reduction. S&T’s Midibus is 30% lighter than other vehicles in the same category in North America; resulting in a similar energy consumption reduction and maintenance cost reductions.

We are working persistently to complete the vehicle and its certification and hoping to see it roll on our roads and in North America shortly. Thanks to the STIQ for promoting innovation in Quebec. This award encourages us to continue our efforts.
